SolvePoint Terms of Service

Last updated: 19 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of SolvePoint, an AI booking assistant for UK service businesses such as beauty, hair, aesthetics and tattoo professionals. SolvePoint is operated by SolvePoint Ltd in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using SolvePoint, you agree to these terms. Contact: carl@solvepoint.co.uk.

2. The service

SolvePoint replies to messages your clients send you on connected platforms such as Instagram and Facebook Messenger, checks your availability, takes bookings and shows them in your dashboard. We may improve, change or add features over time.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and running a genuine business to use SolvePoint. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything that happens under your account. The information you give us about your business, services, prices, opening hours and policies must be accurate and kept up to date, because the AI relies on it when replying to clients.

4. AI replies and bookings

SolvePoint uses AI to reply to clients on your behalf. It follows the settings you provide, but AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking your bookings and conversations, and for honouring or correcting any booking made through SolvePoint. You can take over any conversation at any time. We are not responsible for the services you provide to your clients.

5. Connected platforms

When you connect an account such as Instagram, you must also follow that platform's own terms and policies. SolvePoint depends on those platforms being available. If a platform changes, restricts or withdraws access, parts of SolvePoint may stop working, and we cannot be responsible for that.

6. Your clients' data

You are the data controller for your clients' personal data, and we process it on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to handle your clients' data and for telling them how you use it.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use SolvePoint to send spam or unsolicited marketing, to offer illegal services, to harass anyone, or in any way that breaks the law or the rules of a connected platform. You must not try to access other businesses' data or interfere with how SolvePoint works. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Marketing texts. You can text your own clients from the Clients page. SolvePoint only sends to clients who have booked with you before, adds your business name and an opt-out link to every text, and never texts a number that has opted out. You are the sender of those messages: you are responsible for what they say, for only promoting your own similar services, and for following UK marketing rules (PECR and UK GDPR). An opt-out is permanent and can't be undone by you. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of marketing texts, shown when you send; we may change the allowance, and may pause sending for accounts that get complaints.

8. Fees

Paid plans are billed as shown when you subscribe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time, with your access continuing until the end of the period you have paid for. We will give you at least 30 days' notice of any price change.

Referrals. If you sign up through another business's referral link, the discount shown at sign-up comes off your first payment. If a business signs up through your link, you get one month free once it has made its second monthly payment. Discounts and free months are added as credit towards your SolvePoint bills; they can't be exchanged for cash or transferred. Referring yourself, or accounts that aren't genuine separate businesses, doesn't count, and we may withhold or remove credit earned that way. We may change or end the referral offer for future referrals at any time.

9. Availability

We work hard to keep SolvePoint running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may need to pause the service for maintenance or updates.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for lost profits, lost bookings or indirect losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Ending the service

You can stop using SolvePoint and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. When an account is closed, we delete its data as set out in our privacy policy.

12. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell you about significant changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
