Comparison
SolvePoint vs Fresha
If your clients message you on Instagram or Facebook to book, SolvePoint turns those messages into bookings for you. Fresha can’t answer them yet, and charges 20% on new marketplace clients.
Fresha is booking software built around its own app, marketplace and booking link. That works when clients book themselves. But plenty of UK clients still send a DM, and those messages wait until you’ve finished your appointment. SolvePoint answers them straight away, in your voice, and books them in.

Why techs choose SolvePoint over Fresha
It answers the clients who DM
The client who messages “any infills Thursday?” at 11pm gets an answer and a booking in the same chat, before they ask someone else.
It sounds like you
It learns your wording, kisses and emoji from screenshots of your real chats, so clients don’t feel passed to a bot.
No commission on your clients
One flat £49 a month. You never pay a share of a new client’s first booking.
AI included, not an add-on
Replies, bookings, deposits, reminders and cancellation charges are all in the one price.
Fresha may suit you better if you want clients to find you on its marketplace, or you need a till in the salon.
Questions
Does Fresha’s AI Concierge answer Instagram DMs?
Not according to Fresha’s own pages as of 20 October 2026: it answers calls and messages sent through Fresha, and Fresha says Instagram and Meta messaging are coming soon. SolvePoint answers Instagram and Facebook DMs today.
Is SolvePoint cheaper than Fresha?
Often, once you add Fresha’s AI add-on (£79.95 + VAT a month) and its 20% fee on new marketplace clients. SolvePoint is a flat £49 a month with no fee per client, and you only pay once it’s replying to your clients.
Can I move from Fresha to SolvePoint?
Yes. Add your services and hours, put your upcoming bookings in the SolvePoint diary so nothing is double-booked, and test it on yourself for free before it replies to clients. The two don’t sync, so most people switch over rather than run both.
Try it on yourself first
