Questions techs ask us
Will it really sound like me?
You upload at least five screenshots of your own chats and it learns how you write: your greetings, kisses, emoji and the way you word things. You can read and edit what it picked up, and try it yourself in the test chat before it ever talks to a client.
What if it gets something wrong?
It only offers times that are really free in your diary and only books the services you’ve added, at your prices. If it isn’t sure which service someone means, it asks them. Complaints, refunds and anything it can’t answer come straight to you, and you can take over any chat whenever you like.
Do I need to change my Instagram?
No. You connect the Instagram business or creator account and Facebook Page you already use, and clients keep messaging you exactly as they do now.
I already use a booking app. Does it work with it?
Not yet. SolvePoint has its own diary, and you pop your existing bookings in when you set up so it never double-books you. It’s built for the clients who’d rather send a DM than use a booking link.
When can I connect Instagram and Facebook?
We’re at the last stage of Meta’s approval. Set up your services, hours and voice now and test it on yourself, then connect the day it opens. You don’t pay anything until it’s replying to your clients.
What does it cost, and can I cancel?
It’s free to set up and test. Once it’s replying to your clients it’s £49 a month, with no contract, and you can cancel any time from Settings. For most techs, one or two extra bookings a month cover it.
