Will it give medical advice?
No. Medical questions are passed to you, and you can take over any chat at any time. It answers booking questions from your services and the information you give it.
Can it insist on a consultation first?
Write the rule in the information you give clients, add the consultation as a service, and it books that. Anything it can’t decide comes to you as a question.
Can I charge for late cancellations?
Yes. Set non-refundable deposits, a percentage for cancelling within a set number of hours, and a no-show charge. It works out the amount and sends the client a link to pay.
