Lost to no-shows and late cancellations: (no-shows + late cancellations) × appointment price, times 12 for a year.
Deposit cover: the deposit (never more than the price) for each of those appointments.
Lost to slow replies: booking DMs a week × 52 ÷ 12, × the share you answer late, × the share of those who book elsewhere, × appointment price.
